Fixed-quote assurance

UAE company formation has a reputation problem: the advertised price and the final invoice are rarely the same number. Ours are. This page spells out exactly what our fixed-quote assurance means, what it covers, and where its edges are.

1. The assurance

• The price we quote is the price you pay. Once we issue your written quote, that number is final for the scope it covers. It does not move.
• No hidden fees.Every line on the quote is itemised — licence, visas, establishment card, accounting, government charges. There is no “processing surcharge” waiting at the end.
• Government costs pass through at cost. Authority fees, visa stamping, medical, Emirates ID — we charge exactly what the government charges us. Never marked up.

2. How the quote works

1. The from-prices on our website are real year-1 starting points per route, VAT included — not teaser rates.
2. On a short call we confirm your activity, visa count, and add-ons, then issue a written quote with every line itemised.
3. That written quote is the number you pay. We invoice against it, line by line.

3. What can change a quote

Only two things — and both go through you first:

• You change the scope. More visas, a different jurisdiction, an added service. We re-quote the difference in writing before anything is filed.
• A government authority changes its published feesbetween quote and filing. Pass-through costs track the authority’s actual rates — we show you the official change and the new pass-through number before proceeding. Our own service fees never change after the quote.

4. What this assurance is not

• It is not a guarantee of outcomes that belong to government authorities — visa approvals, bank decisions, licence issuance timelines. Nobody can honestly guarantee those. We commit to doing our part correctly and keeping you informed.
• It is not a subscription lock-in. Ongoing services (accounting, annual management) are quoted per year and renewed only when you confirm.

5. If we get something wrong

If an error in the formation paperwork is clearly attributable to us — wrong entity type, wrong jurisdiction filed, a typo on the licence we submitted — we fix it at our own cost, start to finish. Email info@startsmart.ae and we respond within 5 business days.

6. Changes to this assurance

We may update this page. The version in force when your quote was issued continues to apply to that quote — changes don’t apply retroactively.

7. Your other rights

This assurance sits on top of — and does not replace — any rights you have under UAE consumer-protection law, your home-country law, or our terms of service.
